Community Service
Each season, teams participate in a league-wide community service project. While many organizations have age limits for in-person volunteering, all kids will play a role and experience the benefits of giving back.

The Benefits
Sense of Purpose & Confidence
Volunteering in the community is a way to provide youth with a sense of belonging. Seeing the positive impact of their actions gives them a sense of accomplishment, leading to increased self-esteem, confidence, and a greater overall sense of well-being.
Leadership & Teamwork
Volunteering often involves working collaboratively with others, which provides an opportunity to develop leadership and learn the importance of teamwork, communication, and cooperation in achieving shared objectives.
Empathy & Altruism
As youth are exposed to different life experiences, perspectives, and challenges faced by others within their community it helps them develop empathy and compassion towards those in need, leading to a deeper understanding of social issues and a desire to help create positive change.
