Freshmen and Sophomores

Teenagers are in a stage of life where they are learning to juggle it all while discovering their identity. With more independence, responsibility, and peer influence, community service for high schoolers is a great way to build essential inner skills through project-based learning. Coaches help players build confidence, resilience, and supportive friendships through self-reflection, self-compassion, teamwork, and accountability. Understanding they aren't alone is vital.

Objective: To develop self-awareness through sports drills, scrimmages, and reflective exercises
while promoting the importance of environmental preservation and the positive effects of our actions.
