Juniors and Seniors Leadership

To develop teen leadership skills we offer juniors and seniors a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role to be mentors and role models for our younger players. Providing a sense of responsibility and social awareness in our older participants through collaboration, community service, accountability, and positively impacting the younger generation builds valuable life skills and a sense of altruism.

Season: Spring 2025

Dates: March 17th-June 9th

Role: Coach a team of 10-12 kids

Life Skill: Teen Leadership Skills, Collaboration, Empathy

Community Service Project: Environmental

Objective: To develop leadership skills through a role as a coach, mentor, and role model
for a team of 10-12 players and collaborate with community partners to organize the
end-of-the-season community service project.

  • Develop a sense of purpose
  • Take initiative to build leadership qualities
  • To give and receive feedback appropriately
